Elizabeth A. Frye, Esq.

  Ms. Frye was admitted to the State Bar of California and to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and Composition from California State University Los Angeles. During undergraduate school, she was a Merit and Service Based Scholarship Recipient and a leading instructor for a worldwide non-profit service based youth program.

Ms. Frye studied law under the Honorable Judge Paul Egly, Honorable Judge Robert A. Dukes, Honorable Judge Stephen G. Larson, Honorable Judge Daniel J. Buckley, and Honorable Judge Lisa M. Rogan, among other notable professors, at the private University of La Verne College of Law. While attending law school, she was publicly recognized for having the highest score in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. She also was on the law school’s Dean’s List Honors and was a Merit Scholarship Recipient, CALI Award Recipient, and Pro Bono Public Service Award Recipient. During law school, she was a member the Delta Theta Phi Law Co-Ed Fraternity and International Law Students Association.

Ms. Frye successfully represents at Jung & Yuen LLP a variety of clients, including international publicly traded corporations, financial institutions, community banks, leading businesses and public government entities in domestic and international transactions, civil disputes, negotiations and settlements. She uses her extensive transactional and litigation experience to achieve cost-effective and efficient results on behalf of her clients through preemptive and strategic use of her in-depth understanding of the law to eliminate cases or to position them for favorable resolutions and settlements. Her legal and corporate venture portfolio amounts to almost a billion dollars in successful negotiations and resolutions for clients in the Global Markets, including United States, Caribbean, Europe and Asia.

Ms. Frye’s legal practice concentrates on civil litigation, banking and corporate finance, global and domestic commercial law, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy law, commercial real estate, real property acquisition, eminent domain, counseling and negotiations, contract and transactional law, business law, corporate law and governance, due diligence, asset and risk management, regulatory matters, and compliance and investigations.

Ms. Frye has provided pro bono legal services, in landlord-tenant disputes, unlawful detainer actions and evictions, temporary restraining orders, paternity disputes, child custody disputes, dissolutions of marriage, and a broad range of other issues, for community members and small business owners at the Jackie Robinson Community Center in Pasadena and the Pomona Self-Help Legal Access Center, among other locations. In addition, she has mentored paralegal students at Pasadena City College.

Ms. Frye is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association and Pasadena Bar Association. She is also on the board of directors for certain non-profit charities and is a nationwide leader in service-based civic engagement.
