Elizabeth A. Frye

Ms. Frye is an accomplished attorney admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007, and subsequently admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and Florida State Bar. She successfully counsels and represents a variety of clients, including Forbes 500 companies, publicly traded corporations, financial institutions, leading businesses, public government entities and other high-profile clients in domestic and global transactions, legal projects, civil disputes, trials, negotiations and settlements.

Ms. Frye uses her extensive transactional and litigation experience to achieve cost-effective and efficient results on behalf of her clients through preemptive and strategic use of her in-depth understanding of the law to eliminate cases or to position them for favorable resolutions and settlements. Her legal and corporate venture portfolio amounts to approximately one billion dollars in successful negotiations and resolutions for clients in the Global Markets, including United States, Caribbean, Europe and Asia.

Ms. Frye’s legal practice concentrates on all aspects of corporate law, including corporate finance, banking, strategic sourcing, business formation, business growth, business operations, business contracts, business transactions, business reorganization, business restructuring, corporate governance, due diligence, asset and risk management, compliance and investigations, regulatory matters, business litigation, civil litigation, trial litigation, appeals, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy law, adversary proceedings, mediations, counseling and negotiations.

Ms. Frye’s legal practice also includes intellectual property, copyright law, patent and trademark litigation, trade secret litigation, privacy and data security, antitrust and competition, media, entertainment and technology law, fashion, retail and consumer products, health care, international trade, commercial transactions, commercial real estate, real property acquisition, property management, land use and development, eminent domain, transportation and logistics, and all other legal matters relating to a specific area of business.

Ms. Frye’s legal practice further involves employment law, employer-employee disputes, employment-based immigration including employee-employer residency, citizenship, naturalization and employment visas such as Global visas, U.S. Immigrant visas, U.S. Non-Immigrant visas [H-1B (professionals), L (intracompany transferees), E (treaty traders/investors), F (students with practical training), O (extraordinary abilities like celebrities, artists, musicians, athletes), and J (exchange visitor)], Green Cards, and all related matters.

Ms. Frye has provided pro bono legal services, in landlord-tenant disputes, unlawful detainer actions, evictions, temporary restraining orders, paternity disputes, child custody disputes, dissolutions of marriage, and a broad range of other issues, for community members and small business owners at the Jackie Robinson Community Center in Pasadena and the Pomona Self-Help Legal Access Center, among other locations. In addition, she has mentored paralegal students at Pasadena City College.

Ms. Frye studied law under Hon. Judge Paul Egly, Hon. Judge Robert A. Dukes, Hon. Judge Stephen G. Larson, Hon. Judge Daniel J. Buckley, and Hon. Judge Lisa M. Rogan, among other notable professors, at the private University of La Verne College of Law. She was on the law school’s Dean’s List Honors, a Merit Scholarship Recipient, CALI Award Recipient, and Pro Bono Public Service Award Recipient and publicly recognized for having the highest score in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.

Ms. Frye received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and Composition from California State University Los Angeles where she developed excellent communication skills, high level experience in research and debate, and creative, independent and critical thought. During undergraduate school, she was a Merit and Service Based Scholarship Recipient and a leading instructor for a national non-profit service based youth program.

Ms. Frye is a member of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association, and Miami Beach Bar Association. She was a member of the Delta Theta Phi Law Co-Ed Fraternity and International Law Students Association in law school. She is also on the board of directors and committees for certain non-profit charities and is a nationwide leader in service-based civic engagement.
